The familiar image of a New Year cake, or Nian-gao, is a welcome sight during Lunar New Year. Nian-gao (gao) symbolizes progress, advancement, and growth. Every family inevitably buys or makes this for Lunar New Year celebrations, in the hope of having a better year ahead. Two sets of cakes –Twin Treasure rice cakes (528,000++ per box) and Lucky Red Fish rice cakes (298,000++ per box) are available to order from 1 to 24 January with deliveries beginning on 13 January.
